AN EVENING IN THE LOUNGE

Our courtyard is the hotel’s very own exquisite living room, conservatory and lounge all in one. So wonderful you can sink right into it: deep couches, a glass of champagne in your hand while the eye wanders across the Japanese garden in the changing seasons.

This is the atmosphere you can expect when you invite your friends to our hotel to celebrate together for a while. In what is quite possibly the most beautiful bar in Berlin, Sebastian Völz will serve you creative variations on the aperitif featuring flavours from all over the world… masterfully combined and beautifully arranged. The barkeeper will then mix one of the grand old classics for you or – as a completely modern alternative – add a nip of Aperol to chilled champagne.

Laughter will fill the room and perhaps one of your guests is a gifted pianist: The Steinway is ready for a rendition of Billie Holiday’s ‘As Time Goes By’… however, in moments like these you will be thinking ‘I hope it doesn’t !’
