OUR LITTLE BLACK BOOK
This page is where it gets very exclusive, because this is where we reveal to all those who know and love Berlin what the city has on offer aside from its main attractions. Why not take a look every now and again for inspiration. We update the information on a regular basis.
Royal Treasure and Silver Collection
The new galleries in Charlottenburg Palace – are an absolute must for our guests who value the beauty and refinement of elevated table culture. Now open at last with viewing between times between 10am and 6pm, from Tuesday to Sunday.
Jazz at A-Trane
Each Monday evening, jazz pianist Andreas Schmidt invites colleagues and friends – including Lee Konitz, Sheila Jordan, Katja Riemann, Lisa Bassenge and many others – to join him onstage at the A-Trane jazz club. Expect thrilling encounters of the highest calibre every Monday from 10pm (subject to change).
Götz Teutsch presents
From time to time, before a concert begins, the former first cellist of the Berlin Philharmonic will introduce the evening’s programme. Why not take advantage of the opportunity? It is rare that one has the chance to hear such eloquent and witty commentary on the great masters. You can find details in the Berlin Philharmonic programme.
A wine dealer housed in a beautiful heritage-listed building in the Wilmersdorf district, a young chef with a gourmet tongue and lovely service ladies… The Bieberbau is our new favourite restaurant for times when we (must) leave the hotel, and the perfect place for bon vivants in their forties who would like to take their parents out for dinner.
